| Turku will be one of the Cultural Cities of Europe in 2011. I was once asked how I would find the photographs that Peter Piller had taken of the city of Bonn during his Peripheria Walks. From the conversation following that question I developed a concept for an exhibition about Turku which should have the character of portrait as well as the character of diary A first impression of that concept should be shown at the Huntenkunst 2009 but they have to be sponsored (as has the whole exhibition to be). You have the possibility to help with financing the Turku-project by buying a showbag for 10 Euro. In the showbag yoou will find small artworks of me; that can be a memory game or button or fridge magnets. Of course you can also just buy one of the photographs of the exhibition. (I have to inform you that the delivery of the showbags can last a bit, because I prepare them individually.) |
